From the first contact with the very nice gentleman who knocked on our door to the specialist who walked us through purchasing and then finally, the installation, we have had nothing but the most positive experience with Climate Shield. The windows are amazing and have made a huge difference in the overall climate of the inside of our house. The installers were very professional and thorough and were able to complete the whole process in less than 7 hours. The patio door has made such a difference in our walk out basement that we decided to leave the shades off that we had to have for our previous door to keep heat and light out. We recently had all our windows replaced by Climate Shield Home Exteriors out of Wichita, KS and it was one of the best home improvement decisions we've made. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth and professional. Matt our sales rep, took time to explain the options and helped us choose energy-efficient windows that fit our home perfectly. The installation crew (Jeff and Company) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the house spotless at the end of the day. They Crew was careful, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing—No messes, No damage, and everything sealed up perfectly. The difference from old to new was noticeable immediately. Our house is much quieter (goodbye street noise, birds, train whistles!), the drafts are gone, and we're already seeing lower usage of the A/C cycling. The windows look fantastic and feel rock-solid. Plus, the manufacturer's lifetime transferable warranty gives us real peace of mind.
