From the first contact with the very nice gentleman who knocked on our door to the specialist who walked us through purchasing and then finally, the installation, we have had nothing but the most positive experience with Climate Shield. We recently had all our windows replaced by Climate Shield Home Exteriors out of Wichita, KS and it was one of the best home improvement decisions we've made. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth and professional. Matt our sales rep, took time to explain the options and helped us choose energy-efficient windows that fit our home perfectly. The installation crew (Jeff and Company) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the house spotless at the end of the day. They Crew was careful, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing—No messes, No damage, and everything sealed up perfectly. The difference from old to new was noticeable immediately. Our house is much quieter (goodbye street noise, birds, train whistles!), the drafts are gone, and we're already seeing lower usage of the A/C cycling. The windows look fantastic and feel rock-solid.
